Following huge organisational changes where approximately 20% of my organisation was made redundant in favour of setting up an outsource workflow I used 9performancepi® initially to evaluate where I am personally in the process and map where I should be and how I can be a more positive influence on the team going forward in this difficult time. I will also advocate 9performancepi® for direct reports or team members who will benefit from such a physical manifestation. I do like the idea of using them as a team to ensure we are all on the same page and acknowledge and work through any differences.
